The AGGS Athletics Day was a huge success for our students this year. With Mt Smart out of action, we opted to head out to Massey Park in Papakura and it was well-attended by our students and was a perfect fit for our school.
Each tutor class was assigned a maunga and a colour, with regular chants practice leading up to the event. Every student who participated in an event received points for their maunga and by the end of the day, the winner with the most points was Maungawhau!
Congratulations to all involved and we look forward to AGGS representing at the upcoming central-east-west athletics zones later in March.
